Hotel atende ao que se espera. Acredito que seja o melhor da cidade. Quarto com um bom tamanho, café da manhã muito bom. O estacionamento é pago a parte, poderiam incluir na taxa do quarto e avisar na chegada sobre o mesmo. Há a possibilidade de deixar o carro na frente do hotel sem nenhum problema.

QUARTO: pequeno, sem armário ou cabedal. Cama confortável. Ar condicionado barulhento. Roupas de cama, travesseiros e toalhas bem limpas e sem odores ruins. BANHEIRO: ducha com bom leque e pressão. Esquenta sem demorar demais. Box de bom tamanho (espaçoso). Limpeza muito boa. Móvel da pia em estado regular. Disposição ruim dos ganchos para toalhas e interruptores. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: tem o necessário para uma primeira refeição completa, sem luxos ou mimos excepcionais. Ovos mexidos, pão de queijo, salsichas ao molho, pães, manteiga, duas opções de frutas, suco natural de laranja, cereal, iogurtes, café e leite. Satisfaz sem impressionar apesar dos ingredientes e produtos serem de boa qualidade e saborosos. INFRAESTRUTURA GERAL: acessibilidade não é um ponto forte. O único elevador é pequeno e mostra sinais da idade. O acesso à garagem só é possível por escadas, o que dificulta a logística das bagagens. Sempre que retornei da rua de carro precisei discar o número do hotel (apesar de estar escrito que tem vigilância por câmeras 24h). O estacionamento tem bom espaço para manobras e metade das vagas são cobertas.

O hotel é muito bom. Fiquei num apartamento confortável. O atendimento foi ótimo. Café da manhã excelente. Os únicos pontos negativos são o pagamento, feito diretamente no hotel, não é parcelado no cartão e a garagem é paga. No restante, fiquei muito satisfeito.

Atendimento pode melhorar

O principal problema foi a deselegância do atendimento no café da manhã. Retiraram as coisas na nossa frente, e era evidente a má vontade da funcionária por termos entrado no café no “último horário “. Nos sentimos intrusos. Quando manifestado minha incomodação com este péssimo atendimento, não recebi nenhuma desculpa ou atenção para minhas necessidades.

Tivemos que carregar as malas do estacionamento até o quarto. Não recomento a hospedagem. Bom era o café da manhã, porém num domingo fechar as 10h é inadmissível.

Perfeito para a estadia.
