Très bel endroit

Lieu très agréable sous les pins et a proximité du lac et de la plage. Rien a dire. Séjour de 2jours avec souplesse dans l arrivée et heure de départ c est vraiment appréciable

Joli endroit au milieu des pins appartement moyen

La résidence est jolie au milieu des pins, piscine agréable, propre, avec transats et parasols Les appartements sont de confort correct, un peu sombre au rdc, manque de modernité mais correct , belle terrasse extérieure. Par contre pour 4 personnes c’est trop petit ! Problème d’odeur de renfermé ou d’humidité vraiment désagréable dans l’appartement toute la semaine ! Peut être est ce parce que la résidence est restée fermée longtemps... impossible de déballer les vêtements de la valise avec cette odeur ! Problème de TV au début du séjour qui ne fonctionnait pas (décodeur HS , deux passages de technicien pendant deux jours ) .

N'y retournera pas

Résidence pas très bien entretenu avec beaucoup de petite choses cassées (Porte, détecteur de fumée de l'appartement, vaisselle, passerelle bois pour accès au bâtiment (Voir Photo qui représente bien l'état)....), literie de mauvaise qualité (vraiment), appartement bruyant. Personnel absent. La piscine propre et agréable est le seul point positif avec le cadre agréable.

Appartement im Pinienwald

Positiv ist die ruhige Lage im Pinienwald, die Nähe zum See und die nicht zu weite Entfernung zum Atlantik. Das Appartement ist zwar für bis zu 5 Personen ausgelegt, aber doch recht klein (gut für. zwei Personen). Leider ist die Belüftungsanlage etwas laut und es riecht etwas muffig. Dauerlüften hat bei uns etwas geholfen.Es handelt sich halt um eine etwas ältere Anlage. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche wird in zwei Wochen nicht gewechselt. Alles in allem ok, aber vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ein bisschen teuer.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Appartement spacieux bien équipé appareil électro ménager neufs.. Salle de bain à rafraichir. Très bien situé entre la plage de Carcans et le lac d'Hourtin. Literie de bonne qualité.

Semaine dans les pins, appartement avec terrasse très bien. Réfrigérateur un peu petit!! Et manque un peu de vaisselle !! J'avais simplement prévu mis à part le réfrigérateur !!! Que je n'ai pas doublé !!

On the web site it states free wifi in lobby and in the apartments at a cost, in fact the lobby wifi is at a cost and no wifi is available in the apartments

Très bonne résidence

Je conseille cette résidence, l'emplacement en plein milieu des bois est très agréable. Le personnel est très agréable même si par moment, le discours semble comme appris par coeur par un robot.

Agréable séjour

La résidence est bien située, à 10mn à pied du lac et 20 mn en vélo de l'océan. Grande piscine et appartements corrects pour le prix. Manque seulement de rangements pour les courses. Literie correcte. A conseiller pour se reposer et profiter des ballades à vélo, de l'océan et du Médoc tout proche.
