The hotel is located between the bastide and the medieval city so the it is practical. It is in front of a nice park however you can get a room looking to the back which is not a nice view. The room was not that good. Not very clean, specially the bathroom, bad pillows and not a useful hairdryer. I wanted to use a toilet when I collected my bag from the concierge and it was closed. Not nice that I couldn't even use a toilet after staying there.

The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a couple of problems with our room but everything was soon addressed. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The hotel is centrally placed and close to the airport shuttle bus.

Good location
Small room, the bed was very comfortable and we had a view of the medieval city from a room at the back of the hotel. Air con did not work, had been switched to heat only, so we found the room very warm. Staffe werevery friendly and helpful during our stay, and breakfast was good. Excellent location for exploring the old and new towns

Extraordinaria estancia en Carcassone.
La estancia en Carcassone ha sido estupenda. El hotel bien situado entre la Ciudadela y la Ciudad comercial con posibilidad de aparcar en el parking publico, situado en la misma plaza, por 7 Euros diarios. La recepcionista que nos atendió a la llegada, muy amable y muy competente. Lo único negativo el tamaño de la habitación y del baño. Este último parecido a una cabina telefónica pero bien aprovechado.

Très bien situé. A 2 pas de la cité. Parking longue durée très proche de l'hôtel très appréciable (mais payant). Seul bémol, chambre un peu petite.

The hotel is located in front of a park and has close proximity to the town with plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. It is walking distance from the ancient walled city grounds. The hotel breakfast is very good and you can eat indoors or on the outdoor patio. It is a great spot and I would stay there again.

Ideal location
Friendly and helpful staff. Small room but great location making everything in walkable distance. Close to the medieval city, close to the canal to walk along, close to the town square for restaurants and shopping.

Convenient but tiny tooms
Although you are made aware the room is small - it is VERY SMALL. The bathroom was so tiny we gave up on the idea of a shower in the morning. The beds were narrow and hard as rock. Marie who greeted us at reception was exceptionally professional and helpful -a big thankyou to her. I don’t think we will be going back to this hotel again.

Habitación pequeña pero bien. Muy bien situado. El desayuno poca variedad. Tienen muy poco personal. A la hora del desayuno hay solo una persona controlando el desayuno y una en la recepción que se dan soporte la una a la otra como pueden. Pongan más personal!

Size matters
The room was too small and there was only one waste bin, which was in the bathroom and it was too small, but none in the bedroom. I found difficulty in the bathroom as I couldn’t turn around there

Small, but Comfortable
This is a good spot to stay that is well situated between the train station (a 20-minute walk) and the Old City (a 20-minute walk). We were greeted warmly at reception and the room was clean and quiet. The A/C did not cool as well as I would have liked, but overall the room met our needs. The hotel also allowed us to leave our luggage while we explored the Old City before leaving on an afternoon train.

O menor quarto Ibis!
Os pontos positivos do hotel foram: atendimento da recepção em razão de um problema pessoal bastante complicado, o café da manhã e a localização na metade do caminho entre a cidade velha e a nova. No entanto o quarto era bastante apertado a ponto da porta de entrada esbarrar na cama e o banheiro minúsculo, fora o cheiro desagradável de ambiente muito fechado. Havia reservado esse hotel por conta do estacionamento mas não haviam vagas disponíveis no momento da minha chegada.
