“What an incredible place! I arrived a bit under the weather and they took such amazing care of me. What a breathtaking place! Top notch food, spa, room and overall service. We were able to see a sloth cross the river and climb back up to the tree. Simply amazing. Thank you!”

“This place is an oasis in the rain forest! Beautiful grounds and the staff and owner were the best! Water taxis and walking is how you get around. Ton's of wildlife and a great experience! I would call it "rustic elegance". Just one item that may bother others is there is no climate control in the rooms. That did not bother us since they all have ceiling fans, but it may be a consideration of some.”

“The Cabinas is close to the beach with shower at entrance so you can wash feet or body before getting to your room. The staff are kind, even if difficult to communicate at times as some don't speak English, but they do their best. The hammocks are a pleasure in the afternoon. There is a common area with tables that you can have your meals which is very useful. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, it was fee hot days when we were there and ceiling fan and separate fans were helpful. The...

“The rooms get poor WiFi service, the WiFi is free and strong everywhere else. Breakfast is good, option for eggs made to order, fruit, breads, rice and beans. Beach club food was ok, nothing great. The pool is clean and lovely, and you came beat the ocean view from the front. Walking to and from the main road was safe at night. The paths in the hotel could be better lit at night. ”

“This hotel is directly on busy street with a lot of trucks and buses coming day and night. So noice is disturbing. Additional problem: the restaurant. They just don’t know how to cook. We made an error by having a dinner there: the meet was oversalted and the fish was like rubber. ”
