"The ocean was not visible from the room The principle road could be seen and heard . One of the waitresses needs training in the basics Reception staff , training in addition and subtraction . I would not advise any one to stay at this hotel Prices extortionate for the Quality supplied ."

"Room very comfortable and clean. Everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good. Gated, so it's safe. The amenities were particularly notable, because the hotel is attached to a local country club so there's an Olympic pool with a waterslide, a second pool, a great hot tub, a very good gym, a poolside bar and lounging area, even a tennis court. Hotel Suerre provides a reasonably priced stopover point in an industrial town for those traveling between tourist destinations."

"Front desk...Naidelin... Very friendly and helpful, so sweet...Dexon... Bartender and waiter... He went above and beyond! Deyver also helped us out so much! The only thing I wasn't happy with is when it's all inclusive , you pay for it... It does not include everything it's limited! The resort is beautiful.The animals are plentiful... and so cool... Keep an eye out for the colorfull poisonous frogs! Beautiful... Food and drink are really good also... It's nice that they have the separate pools... Atmosphere is authentic & amazing! Room was very nice also! I could go on and on , but i've said enough! We definitely would like to return. Everyone was pretty awesome!"
