“The hotel was excellent in every aspect: location, atmosphere, food, and service. Everything was fine. However, outside the hotel, on the city streets, it was very dirty and neglected. There was a lot of vegetation along the streets, which gave a poor impression of a tourist spot with beautiful beaches.”

“I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Condado! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with easy parking and plenty of great food options nearby. The attached restaurant is absolutely amazing, some of the best meals I had during my trip. I felt safe the entire time, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. The overall atmosphere made me feel comfortable and at peace. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting...

“My butler first of all was great (juan) he was really helpful and kind. My room was so pretty! And they made it really nice for my birthday stay the hot food was great from what i tasted and i loved the pools and the bar staff there was this one bartender i wish i woulc remember his name but he had great energy! I would love to go back one of these days!”
