"The property is huge with so much to do. There are about 9 pools, a water park and plenty of restaurants. However the restaurants food tastes bland. No seasoning whatsoever. To taste good food, you must leave the resort for a Bahamian meal. The casino is ok however there’s been games removed and new machines added. No more Buffalo slots and Whitney Houston slot machines are new. The jazz club has expanded to the Jon Baptist’s Jazz Club. It’s a party every night. It’s large inside and requires a 2 drink minimum to sit at a table. Overall the food is tasteless and expensive, the resort is beautiful and clean. The beach is amazing and there’s plenty of things to keep your children busy. So many kids! This resort has taken the place of the Atlantis on Paradise Island! So many kids around, even late at night around the casino. The resort has changed a lot within 2-3 years. They use to leave bottled water in your hotel room, I guess it became too expensive because now they leave empty water bottle containers with BaHa Mar on them which are refillable. You take them to the water dispenser and fill them. The staff were very accommodating and very nice. I appreciated the manager Ms Theresa"

"The entire staff were absolutely amazing especially the one gentleman attending the swim up bar (Manuel) who was so nice with everyone he helped. My only complaint was that the phone in my room was broken and they never came to change it after I mentioned it to front staff."

"We’ve just came back from San Juan ( PR) after visiting Caribe Hilton Hotel for a few days and let me tell, The food and drinks from the Restaurant are great, people so friendly and professionals, rooms so spacious and clean with excellent views, AC running in perfect conditions. The Beach wasn’t the best because of the sea grass but the Swimming Pool great and the Drinks at the Pool Bar the best of the best. Great experience for a City Hotel near Old SanJuan and a few steps from The Condado!! We’ll definitely come back!! Thanks"
