"Overall- Older property, but well maintained and extremely friendly staff. We saw a lot of the same people all week and they are so welcoming and friendly and truly make you feel like a little family during your stay. Daniel and Raynar in the Privelage pool area, our concierge Timothe and Priscilla in the Preimum member service area were all amazing! Premium upgrade- If you can upgrade to the premium membership, it’s very worth it. It includes personal concierge service to book reservations at the restaurants or help with anything throughout the week. It also includes concierge service at the pool/beach, upgraded drink options, private beach/pool area and building. Definitely a nice upgrade for a nicer stay. Food- Lots of options with restaurants (Italian, Mexican, American, steakhouse, teriyaki and french - although French requires long pants for men) as well as a rotating menu for dinner at the main building. There is also a restaurant on the beach (exclusive for premium members for breakfast and dinner) which provided an amazing view. Overall, if you don’t mind an older property (which they are constantly maintaining and updating) that has a smaller footprint, I would highly recommend. Some of the resorts are way too big, but this one felt much more friendly, family like and less intimidating when it came to walking around to different areas. "The thing that I like, the most was the avocado from dinner things that I like the least, where the cheap liquor every soda taste like if it was a diet soda the food was not the greatest. The hallway smelled either like throw up or piss. There was cats on the property some dogs as well. And one morning, going to see the sunrise I found a dead bird right in the walk path in between my hotel room and the lobby where I have to go and inform the front desk that they had a dead bird lying down in the path. Female staff personnel will hide in the bathroom to use their cell phones with no common courtesy or anything."

"Room was clean, shower door had defects that caused a lot of water to accumulate on the floor during showers. Staff was kind and polite and pool and hot tub was amazing. Parking was outsourced but it was fair and a lot of parking available. Had great restaurants on the premises and great places in walking distance to the hotel. Great stay would definitely recommend. "
