"Admittedly I was only there for one night and there was a large group activity on during my stay. The host was helpful but only gave the bare minimum of information, the property has so much potential however it’s rather tired which was disappointing and the fight with the cold or boiling hot shower was a challenge."

"Great hotel and location very central. Hotel was clean and well-maintained. We only stayed for 1 night and got there at 6pm and left by 7am and we were too tired to go to the casino but looked well kept and decent. We booked a queen-sized room but the bed seemed more like double. We let the reception know the next morning but he didn't seem to know and said the rooms all have queens unless it is a suite. The major downside was the hot water. It had a rotten smell to it and we only used the cold water. If you can imagine showering in cold water at 6am... not fun. Beside that the room and hotel had antique furniture that gave it a more cozy touch. Rooms were clean, staff was good, accessible to everything with-in walking distance. Good enough for the night and price except for the hot water."
