Le matelas est top, la piรจce bien isolรฉe, nous avons trop bien dormi, malgrรฉ l'absence de volet sur la porte fenรชtre, mais avec le rideau occultant qui s'est avรฉrรฉ efficace. โFor this level of hotel, Hotel de France is great - it's the 3rd time we've stayed there. Bang in the middle of the charming Chinon, lots of world class dining options and such a lovely town to walk around. Great stay. Thank You. โ
โThe reception was outstanding. We arrived early and were made to feel most welcome. The room is large, modern and lovely. Everything is first class, bedding, towels , etc. Breakfast was great and plenty of options. The hotel is a pleasant short walk from the old town centre. Parking is very limited but not an issue. There always seems to be free street parking right outside the hotel. A lovely stay all round.โ

โWow what a find . This place is like staying at a picture postcard and the owners canโt do enough for you . They accommodated our slightly late arrival and cooked us up a French food delight . Best food we have eaten on our whole 3 week trip together with the best b and b we have stayed in . I cannot recommend this place enough and the surrounding medical village is just gorgeous. You can even have a swim in the lake and have a dip in a hot tub . We will definitely be back and have a longer...
