Check in was fine however the staff didn’t say when breakfast was , when check out was, how to access the pool , etc.The only thing she said was where the elevator was.and had to ring the bell each time- we put out the do not disturb sign on the door. When we arrived back late that night the floor was wet.- thinking there was a water leak. Nope -it had been professionally cleaned. My card was charged prior to checkout. Complained to manager. Company had I day to clean. No notice of any kind on the door. No discount given even though our bags were wet and one of my kids has an allergy to cleaning chemicals which I mentioned to staff. This place has 0 customer service. I stared strongly how unhappy I was and how it’s poor business practice to not inform customers of the floor being cleaned. Manager took 0 responsibility no apology, and blamed the cleaning company for not giving notice. I will never stay here again. Should have stayed at the cheaper hotel nearby. Too expensive here for the poor service. If you’re looking to stay somewhere to be close to your military loved one or friend staying at Eagle Pass, take my advice and don’t stay here.

Service was great! We arrived put our belongings down and left. When we returned out A/C unit was leaking water continuously and wet a big part of the floor. Tried to call the front desk and the phone would not work only on speaker, but you could not hear anything. We went to talk to the front desk and they were nice to give us another room. My email stated our check out time was at noon. But an associate said that was incorrect that check out was at 11am

The rooms and hallways were very dark. Because of COVID, we couldn't use the pool or workout room. I feel like we should've gotten a discount. We also tried to get breakfast in the morning, but there wasn't anyone at the front desk to help us. We wound up going out for tacos.

The remote to my Tv did not work. The ice machines in the entire hotel were not working... I was provided ice, but it was an inconvenience. I understand with COVID breakfast is limited, but the selection offered for “pick-up” was sparse. These are all small things, but I will choose a different hotel in the future to avoid the inconvenience.

I stayed 3 night and the first 2 night nobody was in the front seat I waited in front for 1 hr and nobody was there then I left across the street to get something to eat and still nobody was there then finally someone came and helped me then we couldn’t use the pool there was no breakfast the lady that was there in the mornings she was very nice and helpful but the night shift there never there besides that the staff was good the hotel is good I stayed there before this is the first time it happens to me the this hotel is very good and nice

Reservation not delivered
I paid through Hotels.com but there was no reservation. They say there was no email for the hotel so Hotels.com didn’t send it then the BW wouldn’t take phone confirm so I had to pay the hotel directly. If you offer a hotel on your site get your crap together. This is not the first time I’ve had issues.

Pet friendly + pool= perfect for us!
This was the second time we have stayed here and would be my choice to stay at again. My husband was working in the area, so this was perfect hotel for us to stay at while visiting him. We can bring our little dog and the kids can play in the pool. One of the few hotels in this area that has a pool and is pet friendly!

We had a very nice room at a fair price. Beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night. Breakfast was a disappointment. We much prefer a traditional breakfast. Too much mexican flair for us.

Hotel was not very clean. Our room had a few issues... a burned out light in bathroom, exhaust fan did not work in bathroom, a/c was very loud with a broken loud noise that would not stop. Breakfast was awe full ... no eggs, cold, and old breakfast choices.

Toilet not working
Drive 8 hours from Louisiana only for toilet in my room not flushing. Tired to use phone to call front desk, phone did not work. Went to front desk, they handed me a plunger. Beds were comfortable, location is great!

Good experience . Hotel had no cable but that wasnt to much of a problem since i wasnt going to be there all day. Good breakfast and room service was great as well.

I would give this place a miss.
From a cockroache in the room and dust an inch thick on a chair this failed to live up to expectations. The breakfast was very poor dried up egg mush and sausages swimming in grease. We are into our 3rd week of a road trip and this hotel is at the bottom of list so far. It was noticeable that the staff never enquied on our stay when we checked out.
