“The receptionist spoke no English. The room had no safe. A cockroach was in the room. There was no “Tranquility” at Freedom Beach. Not anything near what was expected. The only quiet time is after 20:00 hours when the crowds which start arriving at 9:00, have gone home. Disappointed. The bathroom was so poor, I couldn’t take a shower or sit on the toilet. ”

“It’s a nightmare of a place they trick you into paying first and then look inside . The place is a dump smelly and not clean when told them I was not staying there and requested a refund the answer was too bad too sad ! It’s roach motel please look elsewhere like I did Much cheaper rooms with better quality in any other place”

“El baño estaba muy pequeño como las habitaciones, se encerraba mucho el calor pero en general eran muy amables y estaba bien ubicado en un lugar tranquilo.”

“Se debe hacer el chek-in online, antes de llegar al hostel, dado que el ingreso es automatizado con claves de seguridad en las puertas. El lugar es ideal para descansar y querer disfrutar de la ciudad. Está en un buen sector; seguro y cercano al Castillo San Felipe.”
