Traveled Solo to Cartagena for a wedding. Felt safe. It was a little uneasy to find initially. The address in Uber brought me a different place but upon arrival the stay was very convenient. In the center of it all. Would stay again for the location and staff was friendly

The place is super well located in a busy street inside the wall of the old city. You feel the vibe of the city the moment you step out. The room is confortable and nice. There is a coffee machine in the common area. You can bring a visitor but the person need to be registered. All in all a good place to stay for a good price in the heart of the city

Terrible and untrustworthy, I would not recommend even if I got a free offer. I arrived at the hotel in the evening , for 3 night stay only to be told that they were overbooked and there is no room for me. AAfter 2 hours of back and forth, beingcsent to 2 partnes property that were much inferior which I rejected, a room was offered and I accepted. To be fair, after I settled, I had a nice stay, room was basic. but clean, staff was nice so was the service. Also the is centrally and conveniently located.

i can not brag enough about my stay in cartagena it was my first time visiting out of the country and i could have had a much better experience from the moment i arrived i was treated amazing immediately felt like i have been here before almost like a home feeling the staff are the best part of the stay very caring professional and just overall amazing people i felt safe my entire stay and if i did have any issues which truthfully only problems i had was finding directions which they helped me with any way for the amount you literally can’t beat it i plan on coming back on my next visit to cartagena overall i can’t say much more besides if they have an open room book it you are close to everything SAFE and the best staff ever would recommend 1000%
