Péssima, banheiro sem água quente, não tem shampoo, condicionador, não tem porta, só tem uma cortina de plástico, falta água , café da manhã horrível, não tem frutas, só café com leite, só uma jarra de iogurte se acabar não tem mais, banheiro, atendimento dos funcionários péssimo, 👎

Hotel precisa de manutenção nos quartos.
O hotel está bem localizado, mas precisa de manutenção. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Se come ovos no café da manhã sugiro chegar cedo, depois das 9 os produtos do café da manhã vão acabando e não são repostos.

Nice place to stay!
Location was perfect , close to a lot of restaurants and a few minutes away from the Walled City. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was outstanding!

Amabilidad del personal, mejorar habitaciones
La atención fue buena, la ubicación súper pero la habitación que nos correspondió no contaba con ventana, el piso permanecía mojado ya que de las paredes y el espejo grande brotaba agua, la habitación muy oscura y pequeña. Tener en cuenta ello para una mejor estadía ya que las fotos que mostraban en la página no correspondían a la habitación real.

This was advertised as an hotel when it was really a hostel. I didn’t stay my entire time, I left after two days which unfortunately caused me to lose money on the remaining 3 nights I had left.

First of all, there is no hot water in the shower so be prepared for that. Staff doesn't speak any English so you need to speak Spanish. The hot tub didn't seem to work and was filled with cold water as well. On the bright side, the hotel is in a very touristy area where you have all the restaurants, pubs, etc.

The price and the neighborhood it’s perfect but the staff are not friendly. I told one staff that the water from the shower was entering my room and he didn’t even care about it. They don’t do cleaning at all!!!!! I don’t recommend staying here!!!!

Very strict here. Good for families not for solo
I stayed here for two days. The rooms are very small but clean. When I went to the bathroom my shoulders are literally wall to wall when I’m trying to brush my teeth. It’s super compacted. When I brought a visitor for a hour they charged me $30 more. I did not realize this til I checked out after two days and saw a bill for $60. Their staff doesn’t speak any English at all so it might be tough. Place was clean and ok for solo travelor. Was irritated that my room bill basically doubled. And I didn’t figure it out till I check out. A warning would have been fine because I would have check out. Otherwise rooms are small and clean.

Hotel básico con habitaciones pequeñas, sobre todo el baño que está en extremo pequeño. La atención del personal no es buena, cierran las puertas cuando la recepción se tiene que mover y te dejan bastantes minutos afuera y no les interesa.

The good thing is they allow guests and they don't try to charge you or hassle you! Rooms are small, you have about two feet of walking space all around the bed, kind of like a dorm and it has no windows. the rooftop terrace is cool

Black Mold!
I have never had to leave a hotel or hostal we booked until this one. We could only stand to stay here one night. The hostel was the most dirty place we have ever booked. The bathroom was filled with black mold and the smell of it was unbearable. It was a complete safety hazard that would not be tolerated most places in the world. The bed only bad a sheet on it and no blankets and I had to ask for a second towel because it came with only one in the bathroom.

Not in a very good condition. Poorly cleaned. Lots of stains on the sheets, floor. Bathroom was disgusting!! I understand it was an old place, but hygiene have nothing to do with how old the place is.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en la hostal. La ubicación es realmente privilegiada, en el hermoso barrio de Getsemaní, y el lugar cuenta con las condiciones necesarias para una permanencia muy grata. Sería deseable que consideren sumar agua caliente, pese a la costumbre de tomar duchas frías por el calor que se siente en estos meses. El wifi también podría mejorar, pero el resto excelente. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Family vacations in January 2019
Nice location to go to restaurants and historic sites. However if the plan is to go to the beaches then you need a taxi. Good breakfast at their near by restaurant but service was slow. Rooms are clean with good A/C but very small. There is no elevator and going down the spiral stairs might be dangerous if you are carrying a baby. Pay too much attention and hold the rail tight!!!
