Hotel is not far from the airport. Only one block from the beach. Very nice area. Lots of bars and restaurants, near banks and convenient stores. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff was excellent. Improvements: Maybe the breakfast. It was fine but they kept running out of items and not replaced quickly.

They should improve the basic amenities as they dont provide shampoo, nor do they have towels for the beach especially considering there is no pool. Additionally, there was no hair dryer, and they should also have a mini fridge to allow guests to keep drinks cold. A good thing to mention is that the hotel is very centrally located near shops and close the beach.

The hotel has a mosquito problem, there is a lot of noise in some rooms, the breakfast is adequate, but you must not wait until the last minute. The staff is very friendly, the cost-benefit ratio is little bit high. I had a room change and I have no complaints about the second room, the bathroom is a bit small, but it's not bad. Very close to the beach, it does not have a pool and the photos do not correspond to the state of the rooms.

The night reception employee tried to charge us 200000 pesos for placing the insulin in the refrigerator!! Totally outrageous. The disability office of Colombia should fine this property for trying to prey with people with disabilities

The property was nasty and dirty, they dinning area was all disgusting, there was a dirty dinning with flys on the fruit. Everything food silverware table everything entire property was nasty and dirty. I had 24 horas without towels I had to went and purchase my own I went downstairs to reception they told me that they linen was not coming until they fallowing day. They was broken bathroom shower. Also there was cockroaches walking around the breakfast area. This property is just a complete mess is nasty dirty and disgusting.

When we arrived at the hotel, they did not have a room for us. They said they did not show reservation for us, but when I showed them the Expedia confirmation, they said our room was unavailable because it was under construction. They did not have any other rooms. Usually, in my experience, a hotel will do this when they have re-rented your room out at a higher price to someone else. . They did get us a room at their cost at a sister hotel about a half mile away. They called a taxi to take us up there. However, that room was not nearly so nice as the one that we had in the picture Expedia showed at this hotel for our reservation. Also, we finally got to bed about an hour later than we should have because we had to travel up to the other hotel, wait for them to get the accommodation and so forth. At first, GHL Bocagrande acted like they did not have a reservation for us, but when I showed them the Expedia Confirmation, they said The room was unavailable because it was under construction. . I would like a call from Expedia to discuss what to do about this.

Very bad place don’t even waste your money here it’s all frustrating place nothing is working employees are unhelpful or not understanding was very annoying stay for me there was nothing work water was even not coming so no water air conditioning is not working I even not stayed at this hotel I was at my room and the property started construction work and I was sleep and rest but the won’t even care about there gusts I ending up renting another appartment and move I even not stayed th hole of my booking period I pay but I move and the are not refunded my money so don’t go there or if your one person or you want to bring a guest to the room you can’t bring the gust the will charge you extra 40$ dollars which is annoying not worthy Un lugar pésimo, ni siquiera malgastes tu dinero aquí. Es un lugar frustrante, nada funciona, los empleados son poco serviciales o no entienden. Fue una estancia muy molesta. No había nada que funcionara, ni siquiera salía agua, así que no había aire acondicionado. Ni siquiera me quedé en este hotel. Estaba en mi habitación cuando empezaron las obras y yo estaba durmiendo y descansando, pero no les importaban los huéspedes. Terminé alquilando otro apartamento y mudándome. Ni siquiera me quedé todo el tiempo de mi reserva. Pagué, pero me mudé y no me devolvieron el dinero. Así que no vayas allí. Si eres una sola persona o quieres llevar un invitado a la habitación, no puedes traerlo, te cobrarán 40 dólares adicionales, lo cual es molesto y no vale la

Es la primera vez que me pasa reservando en hoteles.com, la verdad reserve porque la imagen decia que tenia capacidad para tres personas y eran dos camas, sin embargo cuando se llego a la recepcion solo dieron una habitacion con cama doble, el hotel no tiene contacto, no me pude contactar con nadie, el numero que tiene registrado ya no existe. terrible el servicio al cliente, la verdad no lo recomiendo.
