Nunca abrieron la puerta nos quedamos hasta media noche, fue una experiencia muy triste, teníamos mucha ilusión de conocer Cartagena pero nos dejaron en la calle y cobraron 40 dólares de mi tarjeta, espero que no le pase a nadie esto.

I had a room with leaking shower and vanity. Also they were renovating the plumbing while I was there so I had a lots of interruptions. My score would have been higher because I loved the castle design. Check in was slow. Breakfast was good. Tv had plenty of channels. The pool was Devine. In a quieter location so it suited me. Bed was adequate. Restaurants close by.

La atención al cliente debe mejorar

La atención del personal no es la adecuada, ya que la recepcionista no suele dar soluciones, no cumplieron con el traslado del aeropuerto que estaba contratado, no permitieron usar la piscina. No recomiendo usar el hotel

Me robaron cosas de la maleta

Estuvimos solo la noche de 1 de noviembre y la mañana del 2 de noviembre. En general la relación precio/calidad es adecuada, pero lamentablemente me robaron de la maleta una muda de ropa nueva y una crema de manos. Estoy segura que fue en el hotel porque fue en el único lugar donde la maleta estuvo sin seguro. No pude dejar el comentario antes porque estaba sin internet.

Nem chegamos a entrar no quarto, assim que chegamos na recepção fomos informados que o hotel estava com problemas, e nos enviaram para outro hotel que fica muito longe, queríamos ficar em manga porque vamos fazer um cruzeiro, mas nos mandaram para Marbella perto do aeroporto O hotel que nos mandaram era muito bom, o problema foi só esse inconveniente de ter que trocar de hotel, e nem nos mandaram nenhum email ou mensagem avisando.

Had issues with booking this property and then they sent me in circles trying to cancel it and get my money back. Long story short, didn’t get my money back. They did communicate with me in a somewhat timely fashion though. Didn’t stay here though, so I can’t comment on anything related to that.

I was only staying for one night. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that there was a problem with the AC in my room and there were no more rooms so they sent me to another hotel that they paid for. I wish I could have stayed at this hotel because it seemed very nice and the surrounding area looked pretty interesting as well.

Otimo custo benefício

O hotel está a 5 minutos do centrinho de Getsemani e uns 7 minutos de carro até o portal do relógio. O que da em torno de 20 a 30 minutos caminhando, que foi o que eu e meu namorado fizemos nos 3 dias que ficamos lá. Para o aeroporto usamos o app InDriver (tipo Uber que funciona muito bem lá e é mais barato). Ficamos no quarto 1 e, apesar, de ser o primeiro do corredor, não tivemos tanto problema com barulho de gente passando pois acordavamos cedo. A cama e travesseiros bem confortáveis. O quarto extremamente espaçoso assim como o banheiro. Pontos a melhorar: saída de água quente da ducha era muito pouco, pintura no teto, alguns móveis que estão meio velhos, deixar pelo menos 2 rolos de papel higiênico no banheiro (eu e meu namorado estavamos gripados) e limpeza pois havia fio de cabelo na pia do banheiro e chão do quarto. A piscina era muito gostosinha. O café da manhã era feito na hora e você tinha que escolher 1 das 4 opções: ovo frito ou ovo mexido com pão de forma, sanduiche de queijo e presunto, waffle ou cereal, alem de café, leite, suco e frutas. O que achei meio chato pois tem gente que gosta de repetir ou comer algo salgado e doce. Mas depois de 5 hospedagens diferentes na Colombia, vi que todos os lugares eram restritos assim

The entire staff were helpful and friendly. The room was perfect in size and the bed really comfy. Although the hotel is not centrally located, the taxi rides were short and inexpensive. I loved the neighborhood, though, as I could walk to get some delicious lattes at a local coffee shop and able to pick up a few needed items at the local market. I would quite happily stay here again, anytime. Thanks to the staff for watching over this 81-yr-old solo traveler.

Very disappointing stay. Walls are paper thin and you are even able to hear the person at the front desk receiving a text message from inside your room when you’re trying to sleep. Bring ear plugs. Tried asking the front desk person a question but they didn’t speak English. Breakfast was good. It was fine for the price but would not come back.
