Excelent hotel in the middle of getzemani. There are a few rooms, and the atmosphere is very positive. Personnel kind and gentle. Available for every request. I definitely suggest this hotel for your trip in Cartagena.

Beautiful little boutique hotel! Very quiet and private despite the busy neighborhood just outside. It was the perfect location for being within walking distance of the walled city and nightlife.

Overall a great stay in an Excellent Location! The room was large, beautiful and comfortable. Loved the shower, the bathrobes, slippers, and Terrace. Only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast, as it was very basic and bare minimum. Wifi was great as well.

Front Desk Mr. Mauricio made sure everything was comfortable and great recommendations for restaurants and sites for me and guest! Ms. Salis was an amazing staff person who made my room very comfortable and cleaned. The beds were extremely comfortable! Breakfast was awesome and option !!! The hotel is safe and quiet! Is in a great location near everything! I will recommend this hotel.

Cool Place in Up and Coming Area in Cartagena

Very Nice room and facilities. Great staff and tasty breakfast. Only issue was open to air hallway which made stairs slippery when it rained. Staff did mop regularly but still was tricky to maneuver.

It’s in a good location, but there was no hot water, they charged me extra when bringing a guest in for even a short time which they could not explicitly show me in their policy despite no such policy being advertised online or at any point during booking.

Right in the heart of Getsemani. It could be loud at night. But the quality of the accomodations more than made up for it. We were in a room facing the back and got great sleep. And even though it is right in the middle of the excitement, I felt very safe.

I had a great stay in this hotel. It is located in the heart of Cartagena so it is walking distance to the best restaurants, the walled city and many other attractions. I did not need a car to get around. The hotel was beautiful, the free breakfast in the morning was a plus. Our room was beautiful, I just wished it had a better view. The customer service was amazing, I have no other words to put it. A special shout-out to Ligia, the receptionist who made our experience even better.

Hotel is on a narrow street with barely enough room for another car to get by when you’re getting in or out of vehicles. Staff is excellent and accommodating. Hotel has a musty smell in the lobby. I would suggest a grab bar be placed in the shower, and a medium-sized trash can in the bedroom. Overall, this was a good experience.

There was no running water in our room meaning no shower, brushing teeth or flushing the toilet. Then they refused to give us a refund. Finally the offered us to stay at their sister hotel after we had already made other arrangements. Absolutely terrible.

I would stay again in this property in they changed their check-in process and speed. They couldn't find a stamp on my passport and kept me waiting for hours. There was no clarity on which documents they needed, and although I spoke to the manager who said that it was solved, the girl from the front desk kept asking me for more and. ore documents via whatsapp. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels in Colombia and Cartagena and this had never happened to me before. They could have air conditioning in the lobby or at least better ventilation. It was my first time staying at the hotel and chose it due to the closeness to the port. Upon arrival I felt that I had made a mistake because the "lobby" is dark and hot, but the room was very clean, spacious and with good AC. In the morning the water pump of the hotel was not working and I couldn't take a shower, but the hotel acted promptly and gave me a room to shower in another of their hotels which was just one block away.

Would not recommend this property. Booked this hotel for 1 night stay because it was very late and I wanted somewhere to stay so I can figure out the remainder of my trip. I arrived and it wasn’t until I spoke with the man (who didn’t even want to come to the door and assist me) only to find out that the booking was for tomorrow. I asked if there was anyway it can be applied for tonight’s stay instead & if they could accommodate me, and he said no. That evening I contacted Expedia for a refund and they said they would reach out to the hotel to get it situated. I also wrote the hotel on Expedia to which they told me no. Please be aware that this hotel is also in an area that looks VERY SKETCHY at night. I didn’t even want to stay outside to figure out another available hotel, I ended up going back to the airport because of how scary the outside of the hotel looked. There were people just watching me standing outside looking which made me feel like a target. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

La ubicación del hotel es estratégica… llegas a todo lado caminado. Por la zona tienes restaurantes super ricos, la casa de cambio está literalmente al costado. Hay mucha vida nocturna cerca, sin que eso genere bulla a la hora de descansar. El hotel es colonial, tiene un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Además es limpio y cómodo. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Mi experiencia fue muy buena, no tengo quejas

I loved that the hotel was located inside an authentic colonial-era home. I enjoyed the free breakfast and rooftop pools to cool down in the afternoons. The bed was comfortable, although my room was a bit too snug even for one person. The front door of the hotel must be opened by a staff member at all times, which is something to keep in mind. The hotel also does not allow guests.

El hotel es hermoso, acorde a la zona de getsemani. El trato por parte del personal que nos recibio como el que nos atendio todo el tiempo y en el desayuno fue increíble. Juan Carlos nos recibio el primer dia y nos hizo sentir en casa. Sin duda volveria con mi familia.
