Great weather, amazing people, horrible traffic, and amazing views! Cartagena is a lovely city and the architecture transports you to a different era. You can find anything from relaxing places to fun night life. Lots of tours available

Super affordable, easily accessible, the area is a giant circle so it's hard to get lost, but people are very helpful and kind.
