It was good. Though there were some blue stains on my bed sheet. Also when I went to check out, there was no one there to greet me so I ended up jus leaving the key card on the counter.

The place was okay. It wasn't anything over the top and it wasn't filthy or stinky. So when you're traveling with pets, it's kind of nice to be able to have some place to stay that doesn't have stinky carpet in it

Stains on the sheets, cigarette buds everywhere, false advertising not in the lakepoint area it’s three exits down. A lot of old furniture by the dumpsters and the pool is never functioning they have atvs and motorcycles, and non running vehicles still parked from a year ago. Not the friendliest staff either.

It's always a pleasure staying here. The front desk staff has always been nice to my family. The rooms are clean as well as the beds and towels. My only dislike is other patrons with their untrained pets. Barking dogs should not be allowed. Besides no real breakfast, this was a perfect stay.

Over all clean, water pressure/ hot water in shower was great and heat in room worked well. however the adverted amenities do not exist . Inclusive Breakfast doesn’t start at 6 am rather 630 and options were terrible you get dry donut , coffee and fruit loops. It prompts familyhotel and offers cribs for baby , but hotel Doesn't have cribs . Customer service was bad the man working literally completely ignored when you’re speaking to him When I brought up the discrepancies about the crib and the breakfast since this is why we chose this hotel

This place should be inspected and removed from all sites until the property makes changes. For starters, our toilet had fecies in it and toilet would not flush down waste the whole time. 2nd the room had roaches, spiders and webs throughout. 3rd the refrigerator did not work and forth the sheets and blankets were stained. Willfully knowing rooms were available I requested to change rooms, they lied and said no availability and if we left I would not receive my money back. They did replace the refrigerator on day 2 but never cleaned the room. Promotes a pool and free waffles for breakfast. Ahhh the pool was nowhere ready but looked condemned for opening. Zero waffles and electronic sign seen from road still promoted them. While on a budget asked for refund to go to another place, completely refused to refund, fix toilet, clean room from bugs or replace linen. If I could post pictures I would. U want a refund and no one should ever stay here until it is state inspected

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast provided could have been better, my granddaughter ate Donuts for breakfast. The View from the room was very nice and the hotel was convenient to everything

My family and I were in room 208. Everything was fine, but our shower barely had any water coming out of the shower head. No matter how hard you pulled it up, it didn't change how much water came out of the shower head.
