Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay

I have been staying at this hotel regularly, and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent. A special thank you to Khawla and Mohamed at the reception for their exceptional service. They always go above and beyond to ensure my stay is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

Hotel is located in a quite neighborhood. Room was really big, so no problem for space. Bathroom was not really new. In fact, it needs a renovation: shower tiles are dismantling by the water, shower door couldn't close completely.

The hotel has great staff and offered good transportation to the airport. and the lobby and restaurant look great. Bed is amazing and pillows great, good space in the junior suite. However, the hotel is old, hardwood floors are dinged and stained, carpet in the hallways is very old and looks bad, the bathroom shower had water clogged, with an unfinished concrete look that is not nice (you can see dirt stains in concrete), and there is no Laundry service contrary to what's advertised in expedia.

A good place to stay. Used for a dine and sleep experience. Missing some basic kitchen stuff though, there is a nespresso machine but no complementary capsules. No slippers either etc. But overall good for the price.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The outdated property, coupled with dirty bathrooms resembling tiny chambers, left a lasting negative impression. No slippers were provided, and the restriction to a single key added unnecessary hassle.

Very tired hotel

This hotel is pretty tired—-torn fabrics, wood floors that are knicked and dented, shower grout that has not been cleaned (or bleached) in ages, and marble that is chipped etc etc. Perhaps it was grand and one time but now it is very tired and in need of a renovation. The room I stayed in had very odd angles and limited space around the bed while the bathroom has ZERO counter space plus dirty shower tiles and grout. I wore my flip flops in the shower it was that gross. Won’t be returning there.

Terrible breakfast options. No regard for international guests. Hot food options limited to 2 items, not refreshed. Coffee options very poor --- even a standard coffee had to be prepared from a machine by the attendant!! Rooms do not have a desk for guests who need to work and the shower never produced hot water. The lifts had a problem of a gap between the floor and where the lift stopped -- very dangerous for people with sight issues. Terrible internet access.

Room in serious need of upgrades. The hair dryer started smoking when turned on, the shower leaked on the floor, the wooden floors need refinishing the TV didn’t work, the person who runs the bar tells you the price and when collecting it’s always different and of course higher. Any bar/dining that does not allow signing To the room or use of a credit card is probably not 100% scrupulous
