This hotel is great, the personnel at the front desk is very professional Mme Asma & Mr Yassir & Mr Rachid did an excellent job welcoming us. The breakfast is always great thanks to Mrs. Fouzia . I definitely will recommended to all my friends.

Fausse adresse sur le site Attention !

L’application hôtel.com indique une adresse totalement fausse pour cet hôtel, à la sortie de Casa alors qu’il se trouve près de la médina dans l’ultra centre. 2h de perdu dans le trafic, merci Hôtel.com ! Sinon l’hôte est d’époque dans son jus, très basic.

Fuyez vite et loin

En transit entre rabat et Marrakech, j'ai choisi cet hôtel par sa proximité immédiate avec l'autoroute sur la carte de hôtel.com. - première déconvenue, arrivée à l'adresse du gps, pas d'hôtel, les locaux nous indiquent qu'il se situe a 10 km en plein centre ville - deuxième déconvenue inadmissible, a l'arrivée à l'hôtel a tout juste 21h, le réceptionniste nous indique que l'hôtel est plein, qu'il a pas de chambre pour nous. Il nous invite alors à aller a l'hôtel majesti qui est du même groupe a 2 km. Aucune excuse, il a l'air de complètement s'en moquer malgré notre enfant de 2 ans dans les bras - a l'arrivée à l'hôtel majesti, réceptionniste qui n'en avait rien a faire, pas d'excuse non plus, pas de proposition de geste commercial. Il me demande de payer la taxe de séjour qui cette fois ci est 3 fois plus chère. Je lui montre la réservation hôtel.com avec noté les frais à payer a l'hôtel, il n'en tient pas compte et me dit que si je paie pas il ne me donne pas la clé de la chambre. Je paie alors les frais, ne souhaitant pas être a la rue avec mon enfant. - hôtel sale dans les communs, qui sent le tabac vieilli, moquettes très délavées ... - dans la chambre, pas d'eau chaude, le pompon surtout avec un enfant !!! - nuisances sonores toute la nuit de type boîte de nuit nous ayantempêché de dormir ! - Et pour couronner le tout, alors que nous étions dans la chambre vers 10h le lendemain, une femme de ménage entre sans frapper, nous dit "ca va ?" puis referme la porte.

Scam Scam!!!!!! Don't go there Because simply, you will not find it. I went to the address they provided and it was in a neighborhood Outside the city. The neighbors told me they have seen many tourists come to their place looking for the hotel. Then I searched online and went to the other address in the center of Casablanca and it was a school. I tried to call the hotel but they had non existing phone #. I hired a local guy for 50 Dirham to show me the hotel. He asked everyone he can find and looked everywhere but nothing was to be found. After 3 hours of searching I had to book at another hotel for a higher price. And they still charged me for the night I did stay there. I can’t believe how Expedia would let them scam its clients by a place the doesn’t Exist. save your time and money. Don’t go there.

The room was ok , clean and comfortable There ha no parking in the hotel but giù can easily find one in on the streets around the hotel. Do not rely on Google map to find the hotel; it will direct you far from the City center
