It was conveniently located close to business district. The friendliness of the staff was excellent. Breakfast, buffet style , was sufficient. Dinner had optines buffet style or a la carte, prices are reasonable. Spa was good with enough choices for a stay. Staff throughout the stay was very helpful.

This hotel was right in between downtown and the airport, while they don’t have a shuttle you can communicate with the front desk and they will get a car to pick you up at any time you request! After a long trip throughout Morocco it was nice to be in a hotel with a full bar:) the rooms were spacious and comfortable and would recommend to anyone!

Amazing hotel

Hi it was an excellent stay that we came back two days after the first stay. I can’t recommend it enough. Very clean hotel. The receptionist was very professional, hospitable and made check in and out very smooth. Top hotel.

The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. Two of the receptionists, Loubana and Asmara, went out of their way to make sure that we had a nice stay. The rooms were also spacious and well maintained. The only negative was the lack of dining options near the hotel

There were no surprises, everything was excellent. Only the pool was being under renovation. Good location between the city and the airport. Near the hotel is a tramway station and a waiting point for small taxis. Sidewalks around the hotel are top, but not everywhere.

We tripped around Morocco for 4 weeks and this hotel had the best breakfast,lunch,room(with 2 balconies-Room 501),bathroom and bed out of all the hotels we stayed in! We were on a premium tour. However we did have to wait until 10 pm for our extra bed to be delivered! This is a great place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. They had buffet for breakfast which I had to pay extra for; it had various options and was delicious. The staff (Khaled and Loubna) were amazing people and answered all my questions I had about the city/neighborhood. However, this property was sort of far from tourist attractions so I had to take a cab or the tram. It was okay to me to take transportation which allowed me explore the city more and socialize with people. Highly recommend this property!

This is the best hotel we have stayed in Morocco. We stayed in Fes and Chefchaouen before two night stay here. The best room layout except for the glass enclosing at toilet area. The breakfast is perfect as well as the team serving there. Reception was fine but they made a mistake in charging us the tax but later on we were refunded. When selecting the hotel it says on the pool photo that its open until 11 pm but it was only the dining area so on our first day we missed it as we arrived nearly 6pm and only learned it when we got up the roof top pool with out swimsuit on. I also had hammam and relaxing massage package. It’s good that they are open until 9pm. The Hamam was amazing! Sanaa was great in Hamam but not so good with the massage, it was very light pressure and her nails were not cut so somehow it scratches my skin not painful though. We love their bed and linen that we bought a set! Thanks to the receptionist who helped us get it done with their laundry department. On our second day we also were not able to enjoy the pool. We got in at 2 pm on a Friday but we were not aware that they will not have any service because it was prayer time. So there was no one there and we dont have any towels. There was also no day bed to use because the deck was arranged as dining not for pool use :( we were disappointed and the main reason we selected this hotel is to use the pool. It was also very hot time but their pool was so cold. Overall good hotel in good location
