Is kind of noisy from the outside there is Basic bathroom, private room, great hospitality from the owner, breakfast lunch and dinner available on site with additional fee. Pretty close to the airport so is a good place to rest after a very long flight.

The map location is accurate, but almost none of the pictures are. The cover picture "Private kitchen" is accurate but it is a shared kitchen. Bathroom/Shower is also shared. We booked a "Comfort Appartement" but got a single room with two beds. The house being shared with 4 or 5 other rooms I think. Overall, it was fine as we were only on a 28 hours long transit at the airport, it is just unfortunate as this was a family trip with a 6 month old baby and a 5 year old that can't talk quietly, I feel bad for the other house guests. The area around the B&B was nice, lots of place at walkable distance (within 15 minutes) to eat and stores to buy nice stuff at low price. Clothing at a third of what the airport duty free shops asks. The site says «Government-issued photo ID may be required» but they actually take pictures of both your passport and your visa, not just the person booking, but every occupants. I think it was a bit over the top compared to check-in requirement in other countries. The owner was very friendly. Overall, a nice stay.

Extremely hard to find without building number. Random service fee asked for after arriving at the property 50 dihnar. No bottled water provided, host even suggested we dink tap water. Towel was extremely dirty with crust... There was no AC in the room... Host asked for 70 dihnar to get food from the local resturant, it just cost 23... It's a scam... Host even suggested arranging a taxi to take me to the airport for 100 dihnar... Went to a cafe nearby and the man helped me get a taxi for just 5 dihnar... It is cheap, but it's because the host wants to scam you.

Don't go there! they will torture you!!

Dirty Hotel... Bad service (When I showed up in the check-in, I was told: Sorry NO rooms available in here, they let me walk 25 minutes caring 2 suitcases, and provide me a room in "no-hotel" location (stinky towel, bad smell in the room, no TV...) Moreover, they stole my money, I asked for a taxi service because my flight is taking off at 6AM, they took the fare in advance to assure the ride & the driver DID NOT SHOW UP... I was running in the streets like crazy to look for a ride & almost missed my flight.

Incredibly disappointing.

This was an awful experience. We reserved through hotel.com and chose the option to pay in person. When we arrived at 8:30 pm at night to check in, we sat for over half an hour before being told that they didn’t have a room for us. Apparently, if you choose the option to pay in person and don’t arrive at a specific time, they give your reservation away with no warning, message, or any communication whatsoever. We ended up having to find a place to stay at the last minute while sitting there in the lobby. Also - taxis are 150dh which is wayyy too expensive for the short 10 min drive. They charged us an extra 150 to call a taxi for us (we weren’t able to get one due to the rain!). 300 dh later (for no reason at all because they gave our room away) we finally found a hotel by the airport, thank goodness. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I would just spend the extra money to be near the airport which has free shuttle service and breakfast included.

The man who gave us access to the room was friendly, but the room was very basic and dirty, with crumbs on the floor and dirty utensils and tissues left on the bedside table (a chair). The bed sheets were visibly dirty and we were met by a cockroach. The sink was leaking, there was 1 towel which was dirty and no basics in the bathroom such as toilet paper or soap. When we mentioned the room being dirty, we were politely told that it was not prepared because we were a couple of hours later than expected (our plane was delayed), so they thought we weren’t coming, although I’d paid for the room in advance.
