"The front desk was great on check in. They gave additional information about the area. The pool was under renovation which was disappointing but it will be beautiful when complete. The breakfast was excellent! There were so many choices, well stocked and delicious. There are a lot of options in the area for shopping and food."

"The Hotel was wonderful! The room was very well appointed, had everything we needed. It was beautifully furnished with high end finishings and attention to detail. The Breakfast was abundant and delicious and incredibly generous. The pool had an amazing view. The only issue with the pool was at the end of the day it got crowded and it was difficult to get a lounge chair. The best part of the hotel was the INCREDIBLE STAFF! They made every moment of our stay special. They remembered my note on my email about husbands birthday. They sent us a celebratory surprise the day of & made him feel like a superstar! After we left, I forgot a very important item in the room. They texted me before I even realized it! They arranged to ship it and I received it in 2 days time . Wow! That is the ultimate in customer service. Thank you Epic SANA Marquês for an unforgettable trip! Susan G."

Hotel Santa Justa Lisboa

"Right in the historic Baixa district, the hotel is just steps away from the famous Santa Justa Lift and Rossio Square. It is a completely flat area making it highly walkable, meaning I could easily access all the top shops, restaurants, and historic sites on foot. A very nice surprise was the free minibar in the room, which was fully restocked daily with water, juice, and beer. They brought us a bottle of wine and a smaller wine bottle as a thank you note from Expedia and the hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We definitely recommend Hotel Santa Justa."
