"We had pre paid our booking, but the hotel couldn’t confirm the payment. Even though we had confirmation and receipt to show. The personal was a bit difficult. But I called Hotels and the talked to the hotel and fixed it. So that we could leave. But a bit unpleasant experience. "

"What a beautiful place! It’s a wonderful place to take the kids to just be kids and have fun. Our kids took riding lessons and a cooking course, both wonderful. We were too early to enjoy the pool, but that would have been a highlight too if open. We didn’t rent car for this trip, we wanted to force ourselves to just relax, but one would have been needed to explore more or a longer stay. While the nature and property were stunning and the villas were generously sized the cleanliness and staff helpfulness was very poor .there were very large bugs in the shower and tons of dust below the beds and one of our beds was not made at all .we only received one tiny bar of hand soap for a 3 bedroom ,6 ppl villa and when we ask for toiletries and extra toilet paper we received only 2 sets of shampoo and shower gel as a one time courtesy , any more...
