"Excellent location, wonderful hotel, and an outstanding staff. A special thank you to TJ at the front desk — she truly made our stay exceptional. She helped us organize everything, assisted us in resolving several issues during our trip, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Thanks to her recommendations, we discovered some amazing places to have dinner and spend quality time with our family. I can honestly say she is one of the best receptionists I have ever met — extremely professional, kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. We highly recommend this hotel, and we are especially grateful to TJ for all of her help and for making our trip even more enjoyable."
