"By far my least favorite hotel I’ve stayed in when in Rome. Not only is the hotel far from all sights you want to visit (minimum 30 minute walk) but for being a new hotel the shower would leak water onto the floor, there are no amenities and no free breakfast unlike the majority of hotels in Rome. Worst of all staff and management was horribly unaccommodating and rude. At the end of our trip we had to leave a day early due to a family incident at home and we asked if they would be able to refund us for our last night or even a partial refund would have sufficed but their management wouldn’t even respond to my emails. Overall don’t waste your time here, there are many other better hotels at this price point."

"The room was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. The bar was nice to have however there were inconsistencies in service - only one out of 3 times did we get happy hour snacks included with our drinks, and once I noticed I was charged full price for the happy hour drinks (resolved with a ‘free’ drink only after I had to prove I purchased them in the generous 4 hour time frame even though it 2 hours into it and I had ordered only 10min prior). The iron in our galley was missing for 3/4 days we were there which was annoying. And I had to go up and ask the bar staff to restock the coffee cups one morning. All in all we had a nice stay but there are definitely some kinks to iron out (if they can find an iron that is), especially for the price."

"By three days stay was overall very good. Good price for the product. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and spacious with plenty of room for a third person and lots of closet space. The location was very walkable with a tram that goes into the center of the city very close. One or two small details. The bathtub is tall and can be difficult to get in and out of. A railing to grab would be very helpful. Also, there is no counter space in the bathroom. A small shelf would make a big difference. Overall experience I would return."
