“Habitación muy amplia, lo que hace que se esté cómodo, se duerme muy bien, sin ruidos, parking, en el centro, chalet de piedra con el estilo de montaña y moderno. Personal amable, por teléfono te atienden muy bien. ”
“El personal normal. El lugar precioso, la habitación bastante completa, con balcón y terraza. El spa no es muy grande, pero tiene lo esencial: piscina con chorros, jacuzzi, sauna húmeda y sauna seca. El desayuno muy, muy completo y con productos de calidad. Volvería sin duda ”
“La experiencia global ha sido muy positiva, tanto antes de llegar como durante la estadía. Hicimos una petición expresa de habitación lo cual amablemente nos concedieron, y todo allí realmente ha estado muy bien. Sí que hay un cierto margen de mejora en el servicio de restaurante (la comida realmente estaba muy bien ) pues los fines de semana o cuando hay bastante ocupación, parece que necesitarían algún refuerzo más.
Aún así, es un Hotel 100 × 100 recomendable y que sin duda repetiremos.”

Le lieu est vraiment magnifique, que ce soit le mas ou bien la chambre cadaques que nous avions réservé.
L'hote nous à aussi reservé une table dans un restaurant local pour nous aider sur la barriere de la langue.
Tout simplement incroyable, je recommande et souhaite revenir !”
“Prima hotel, schoon en fris. Goed verzorgd ontbijt met lekker brood (ook met granen) vers fruit en Spaans gebak. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ideaal gelegen met eigen parkeerplaats, vlak gelegen achter het hotel op eigen terrein. Hotel gelegen aan de toegangsweg van het dorp en 5 min lopen van oude stad, winkels, bakker, supermarkt en tankstation. ”

“We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year”
