"We came to celebrate my birthday with my family. Our plan was to spend one night in the room watching General Hospital and eating junk food together. Unfortunately, the TV wasn’t working and the phone in the room was also broken. Because of that, we couldn’t order room service and had to go out for food instead. Maintenance tried to repair the TV and phone but were unable to fix them during our stay. The next morning we were given a credit for breakfast, which we appreciated. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and it is a beautiful place. I’ve never had a problem like this before. My family came all the way from Tennessee just to spend this one night celebrating with me, and we spent quite a bit for the stay, so it was disappointing that things didn’t work out the way we had planned. That said, we decided to make the best of it and went out to dinner and did some shopping to fill the time. I would still stay at this hotel again because I love their rooftop pool—although I didn’t get to enjoy it this time since it was too cold. I do wish the hotel had considered offering a complimentary night or a future stay so we could redo the experience, but maybe next year."

"The room was nice. Was it perfectly clean now I saw a few imperfections. The number one complaint I’ll say is that the staff was not very nice in particular there was this one woman who checked me in and she was extremely rude. She would make rude comments, rude, smirks rude scoffs animated for a very uncomfortable and unfortunate situation when checking in and made our experience un enjoyable. I would never come back because of that woman which goes to show you how important customer services is. My flight arrive late so we checked in around one in the morning so it was someone who works the late night shift. I do not know her name but stay away at all costs. She should not be working there."

"The only thing I didn't like in my room was the bathroom light, extremely bright and no dimmer. I also didn't like the taste of the coffee in my room or at Cassis restaurant, but I like tasty strong coffee. A bath robe and slippers would be appreciated. "
