"Good amenities for the price. Staff was friendly and kind and spoke English which was very convenient. Clean bed sheets and linens. Nice extra perks such as free coffee and hot chocolate machine, as well as rosehip tea made daily, with a nice veranda to sit in. There was also a kitchen on the premises and family room for the kids to play and hang out in."

"A great place to stay. My 3rd time in Istanbul and i will definitley come back to Sura again. A beautiful courtyard makes this place rather special. Specious rooms, well equiped gym (although a proper spinning bike would have been a good addition), nice breakfast with a wide choice of food for any taste. But especially i would like to mention the service. It was impacable. Any request was dealt with promptly with politness and profesionalism and a big smile. What not to like. "

Hotel very well maintained and very quiet because it is located in a small side street. However, we did not get our bottle water and coffee replenishment in our room 2 days in a row. We stay in this hotel for a total of 4 nights and we really loved it."
