Villa Voinić

"Starting with the positives. I booked a sea view, and wow! What a view!! Absolutely incredible and big balcony. Private pool was also a great addition with plenty of sunbeds. Room was clean and functional but dated. Negatives. When I walked into the hallway it stank of wet dog and smoke, I assume as the owners live on the ground floor, luckily the bedroom itself smelt fine, but it’s not great first impressions, and got worse whilst we were there. Blind didn’t shut properly in room meant very early wake ups! Reported to cleaner but never fixed. Umbrella at pool doesn’t go fully up, reported to cleaner but never fixed, and the other umbrella is broke left in the corner with broken chairs. This place could be spectacular with some love and attention. I emailed the property for an airport pick up and if they provided pool towels, never got a response and they were never seen. The property needs some TLC and improvements, which is a shame as the view is unreal! The walk up from town is a VERY steep hill, so you need to be very fit and able bodied to get back from town even though it’s only a 10 min walk."

"This place is perfect. Excellent communication from the owner before and after check in. Very easy self check in with very clear and precise instructions sent well in advance. Everything was immaculate clean and every need is catered for. Cavtat centre is a 10 min walk away. There is a grocery store less than 5 mins walk away. Dubrovnik airport is a 10 min cab ride. Dubrovnik old city is 25 mins on the local bus. I honestly cannot think of a negative word to say about the apartment or Rado the location owner/manager. Book with 1 million percent confidence... you will be delighted. I cannot wait to go back to Cavtat and will definitely be staying here again 😃"

"From even before we arrived the communication from Natasa was exceptional from arranging transfers from the airport to the apartments to advice on trips and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable for 5 adults and has spectacular views over the bay. We will miss those views to wake up to. Would thoroughly recommend but be aware that there is quite a steep hill to get back to the apartments from the beach and Cavtat however there are plentiful Ubers and the views are worth the walk without doubt. Thank you Natasa and Marin, we will be back"

"The villa is just 10 minutes walking to Cavtat center. Room was cleaned as well as the pool. They provide towels for sauna and pool. Only note the pool opens at 9am and closes at 7 pm . We would have liked to stay for long especially considering that during the day we wanted to visit dubrovnik or the islands. Also in the room there were no free coffee or tea to be used with the provided kettle neither in the comunal kitchen. As an overall it was a nice experience."

"This is a great location in Cavtat, but be mindful of the hill to get to the old town/harbour. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy and the staff were very friendly. There is a nice cafe right next door and a market a short walk away."

"Stay was fantastic. Front desk host spoke good English, friendly & knowledgeable. Big plus was on site parking, didn’t have to walk 4 blocks from parade. Full, fresh breakfast with meat, cheese, cereal, bread, yogurt. Eggs made to order. Owner very friendly and helpful. Great location short walk to beach, town or the sea wall. Highly recommend anyone staying in area. Short drive to airport"
