“Nuestra estancia en este hotel en San Andrés fue excelente. Viajé con mi familia y desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, y el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Disfrutamos mucho de las áreas comunes, la comida y el ambiente tranquilo que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables. Lo que más destacamos es la calidad del servicio y la calidez humana de todo el equipo....

“The room had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room, making our stay very unpleasant. According to our Expedia reservation, a complimentary bottle of wine or another welcome drink was included, but we didn’t received it. We had to remind them of that. They never gave us the drinks. We also wanted to watch the Soccer World Cup game, but the hotel did not have a working TV in the restaurant or dining area, so guests were unable to watch the match.”

“Great place with great people. Location is perfect. Food is decent but not spectacular. They don’t heat the jacuzzi which is a bummer but overall I still give this hotel a 10 for San Andres”

“La primer noche no funcionó el aire acondicionado, y me cambiaron de habitación y en la segunda habitación no había agua caliente y no me pude bañar y por la noche me bañé y se acabó el agua! El personal de el lobby sólo me decía que no sabían del tema!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was well kept and the hotel had great amenities. Great location and only a short walk to upscale dining and the beach.”

“Excellent location. Nice a nd helpful staff. Clean room except occasional baby roaches in the bathroom. Good breakfast and Bar.”

“낮엔 최저온도로 맞춰도 덥고 밤엔 끄면 습하고 틀면 추웠어요. 온도설정 범위가 좁아서 불편했습니다 ”

“Les draps n’avaient pas été changés poils cheveux si trouvaient avant qu’on demande d’y remédier .sol douche éviers n’avaient pas été nettoyés. Chambre sombre dans un recoin qui sentait les égouts. Rouille est. Personnel limit”

“Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.”
