I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the breakfast buffet very much. Also very nice was the proximity to Ayala mall and its many restaurants and stores. Ambience was elegant and friendly staff were very helpful.

This is my third stay at Quest hotel and I am always pleased with the experience. Breakfast is amazing. The rooms are clean and the staff super friendly. I have turned into a repeat customer thanks to the consistency of this hotel.

Pictures in website do not match with the hotel inventories kindly update cause it's misleading.. It was comfy yet we could have enjoyed it more if we get what we booked as advertised

Good location close to Ayala Mall, clean, large rooms with tile floors. Clean bathroom with good water pressure and warm water. Staff professional and polite. Some street noise can be heard but this is not terrible. There’s a 7 Eleven across the street that’s open 24 hours, helpful if hungry in the middle of the night. They have a spa and a pool but I did not take advantage of this. They ask for 2000 pesos security deposit , annoying but probably normal for these mid range hotels afraid that people do something to the rooms. They offer breakfast but I did not try their breakfast. All in all I would stay here again if the price is right. I psi’s a reasonable price when I stayed one night. If there’s anything they can consider improving it will be their lobby. While it looked impressive with high ceiling , it looked dark and dated. They should consider adding some furnitures, plants and better lighting.

I like everything the hotel had to offer except their hot shower was not hot at all just lukewarm.
