Pictures Portray rooms bigger than they really are. Bed, pillows, sheets and towels are all first class and cost of Rooms are pretty tight space wise. our room in particular had a strong humidity smell. No USB Charger / plug in one of the night tables (today most hotels solve charging your phone on your night table), curtains did not work (we had to roll them up by hand).. There seemed to be some issue with the elevators as they had 2 of them inoperative one evening and after there seemed to be one out of service as getting a ride up or down took very long. Staff was adequate and efficient at the desk, maintenance staff f that were going around and housekeeping were super friendly. Basically, for the price, I expected a bit more. By no means a disaster.
