"Everything went very smooth.I was very impressed with the facility smelt clean in the rooms.I would stay again.The only thing that's hotel is missing is a pool.But the rooftop bar and view is amazing"

"Check in was easy and the staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. However, the air conditioner was much louder than normal and the bed had a terrible creaking sound when getting on or off the bed. This made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of space in the dining area. The area around the hotel is not the greatest as there is quite a bit of construction happening. Nearby are some good eateries as well as a river walk along the Savanna River."

"There needs to be a deep clean on the property in common areas, stair exits need trash emptied. Elevator was filthy. This is not HK problem this is management not prioritizing common areas as needed. Skimping on hrs ect…."
