Excellent experience

Fabulous place to stay. The staff was very professional and friendly. They were serving a dinner bar when we arrived and the breakfast was excellent. The Easter decorations were adorable and they had hidden plastic eggs for the kids to find. I will definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable, AC worked great, hot water was great, carpet had quite a few stains in the room and hall way, needs a good scrub, lots of shopping and restaurants within a 10 min drive. Overall a good place to stay. I would stay there again!

Good value.

Two bedroom suite was perfect for my wife and I to have one room and my Dad to have the other. Cheaper than getting two rooms. Breakfast was warm and had decent choices. Decor was a little dated but the staff was very friendly.

I would not stay here again if you paid me. The room was dirty and looked as if items were just wiped down and not cleaned. I couldn't sit on the couch because of all the unknown stains left on it. The kitchen didn't have everything you needed to cook for a week's stay. This was the whole point of me selecting this hotel. The curtains were ripped and had either dirty or black mold on it. There was no hot water while taking a shower, only luke warm than cold. The gym looks nothing like the picture on the website. If you have accommodations for long term stays, you should have a gym that reflects this. I thought housekeeping stole five large headbands that I had by the sink. I called the front desk to complain, and they said they had them there. Why? Because they didn't pay attention and put them in with the dirty towels that I had on the floor. Did I get a call or note from the front desk saying they had them? No. Did they offer to bring them back up to me? No. I had to go back down and get them. Breakfast was good.

I chose the 2 bedroom suite to have extra room for my grandkids to stay with us during our visit, and it was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make dinner every night instead of needing to go out to eat, which saved a ton of money and made the higher rate well worth it. Breakfast had a great variety, and the kids loved the cocoa station that was available.

Room felt clean and updated. Sheets and pillows were so fresh this makes or breaks out stays. Also, bathroom and materials used seemed updated. The zipper on the lounger in the living area wasn’t fastened well but it was easily tuckable. Great value and location
