โNice clean room, friendly staff and tasty food. Itโs a long walk from the train station and taxis generally finish servicing around 7 pm latest, so itโs more convenient to drive. โ
โIncredible old hunting lodge under renovation. Mike was an amazing host, and canโt wait to see the whole renovation completed. We really enjoyed our time there. โ

โSteve and Jeanette were the perfect hosts, even loaning me walking sticks to climb Ir Wyddfa (Mt Snowdon). I was there as a solo traveler and appreciated the very safe and welcoming environment. Everything was perfect: spotless, comfortable room, great shower, delicious Welsh breakfast, easy walk to town, available books and maps, teapot and biscuits in the room, and great WIFI. Heartily recommend!!โ
โWell portioned for easy access to all travel and walking. Stunning views of surrounding mountains. However the village seemed abit run down and dinning opportunities limited. We would suggest the Royal Sportsman hotel for dinning. As we have visited it before and the food and service was excellent. โ

โWe used Snowdonia Mountain Lodge as an overnight rest stop near to a family gathering. We were all really happy with the accommodation, and it was better than we would have expected for the price we paid. Everything was clean, warm, dry and comfortable. Also, there is a small fridge-freezer in the family apartment, which we didn't realise, but could be really useful to know for someone reading this review.

โOur stay was perfect all the way from the initial, warm greeting from Pattra, to the wonderful room, a lovely Thai dinner and, then, a peaceful nightโs sleep and an excellent breakfast. We can offer no improvements. Just thank you for a great visit. It also has a great location-just around the corner from the Castle!โ
