"The Hotel Murman is a hidden gem. The property has excellent views and good jumping point for Maratea. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property itself is well appointed with beautiful artwork and nice swimming pool. We had a lovely ocean view balcony. The breakfast is over the top. So good and lots of options. "Hotel Venere is right on the main street in town. The Pizza/Sub place across the street was a great choice. We had a double room w/sleep sofa. (Very comfortable) for 5 adults. This was one of the only rentals that would take a couple of days instead of Saturday to Saturday. The young man behind the desk was very helpful and spoke English. We will definitely stay there again. "
