"There was crusted food on the counter and there were no forks in the drawer. There was crusted food beside the bed on the floor. I stretched out at one point in the bed and felt something and had no idea what it was. I looked and it was somekind of dried up bug. That tells you they don't change the sheets. There was a red substance on the bedside table so I used a hand towel to put my stuff on. I had to use a lot of towels because there were hairs on them. There were hairs on the shower walls. The conditioner in the shower had an expiration date in sharpie for 11/25. There was no body wash in the shower. The only reason I stayed the 1 night was because I had driven 9 hours that day and was exhausted. This is the 2nd worst hotel I have stayed in and needless to say, I will never again. Spend a little extra and book another hotel. I took photos but I don't know how to upload them. "

"The hotel was really good for the price, but I had a few complaints. 1. The TV in the room has built in Chromecast, but the instructions are no good. It tells you the wifi network to be on to connect to the Chromecast, but that network isn't an available option to sign your phone or other device onto. 2. The TV in the room appears to have a volume limiter set on it which I couldn't change. I understand why they would do this to keep you from disturbing other guests, but I was trying to watch a movie and some of the speaking scenes were so quiet I couldn't hear what they were saying even at the max volume limit the hotel set. That was extremely annoying! Just let guests use their own judgement with volume and if it's an issue for other guests then your staff can deal with it then. 3. I was visiting from Canada and I had a show I was watching through Netflix, but it was only available on the Canadian Netflix. I thought I'll just use a VPN right? Wrong, the hotel has put some sort of security on their wifi to prevent the use of VPNs. It seems like they just really want to control guests entertainment. I wasn't very impressed about that. 4. It was really nice to have the option to have a free breakfast and there were several options for food. The only problem is most of it didn't taste all that great."

"NEVER STAY AT THIS FACILITY ! This was the worst experience I have EVER had in attempting to stay somewhere while traveling - and I travel a lot! My plane got in on time, but the roads were super icy. When I arrived, the front desk was closed with a number to call. No one picked up and the "mailbox" was full. I had no idea what to do. I didn't dare go out again on the roads. I grab some cushions from the lobby and slept on the workout room floor. The next morning while attempting to check in, without checking my reservation, I was told by the manager that I was trespassing and he called the police. The police were great, but the manager's actions were beyond shocking. He didn't let me get a word in and he just hurled insults at me. He certainly does not understand the hospitality industry !!! AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!"

"Hotel is great we have stayed here 5-6 times now the staff is great prices are great overall a good hotel i didnt leave 5 stars is because i think housekeeping could clean up a little better and breakfast selection is terrible other than that we love this place. Location is excellent lots of stuff around."

"Property is under renovation. Our group had an old room and an updated room. Both were great! Comfy beds, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel breakfast was better than most, including pork tacos! Large rooms with bunk beds are wonderful…teenage boys don’t like sharing beds, so bunks in a hotel room is so great so we don’t have to pay for an additional room. "
