"Building is new and modern. Breakfast was excellent and not expensive. Water pressure and slow or no Wi-Fi needs work. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds."

"Not a member of the staff speaks English. You have to check in at a self serve kiosk which is in another language , even though this property is located in the US . The quality and origin of the so called breakfast is highly questionable - pending lab results we'll find out exactly what's in it . I personally would never stay there again and no self- respecting Americans should. "

"Our stay was great! Our room was clean, and equipped well with everything we needed! Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious, lots of different options! The only complaints I have, was the cloth seats in the breakfast dining room were pretty dirty, and we used one of the hotels pack n plays for our baby to sleep in, and it was very dirty! Overall though, a good stay, and we’d stay again."

"The good...Staff at front desk was amazing. The rooms are very clean and the beds were comfy with good pillows. The purchased breakfast was pretty good. The bad... The walls are thin, was woke up at 12 am to cars racing down interstate, could here the person above us walking around till 11 pm, Had to pay to park our car and the breakfast was a bit pricey."

"Starting with when we checked in, the staff was unfriendly, they were discussing a customer that was forcibly removed from a room after a night of partying in the room. They discussed a woman breaking a window so she could smoke in the smoke free environment hotel. Our room was not ready at 4:30 PM. They gave us another room which had a heavy chemical smell. We directed concerns with the front desk. Within a half hour we received a call from the manager stating we could leave and they would give us a full refund. We chose the option to leave and go to another hotel. Before we left the the front desk told us the refund would go back to Expedia and we would need to contact them. When we returnd from our trip we contacted Expedia and we’re told that refund was never issued. When Expedia contacted the hotel they refused to issue the refund. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Word of advice. DO NOT take a room on the I-25 side of the hotel unless very loud interstate noise does not bother you. It was very loud still at midnight."
