This is a brand new property, recently built. This hotel has a great location, steps from the Costa Rica Convention Center, there are shopping malls, clinics, restaurants, at walkable distance. There is shuttle service to the SJO airport, Breakfast was great too including costarican typical food. Hope to be staying here again soon!

My stay at Los Lagos could not have been anymore magical! The resort is beautiful, so many hidden places to explore. I saw so many birds, lizards, wild boars and other critters during my walks. El hotel y las habitaciones son sumamente cómodas y el personal es muy amable. Se encuentra en un punto muy céntrico con fácil desplazamiento a Zona Centro, Zona Americana y los principales centros comerciales.

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Great location in Colonia Americana just one block from Avenida Chapultepec and its many restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Very efficient front deck staff and friendly bellmen and housekeeping staff. Good restaurant with breakfast buffet.

Our stay was amazing from our first interaction with the girl down at the front desk who greeted us with a smile right off the bat she was super nice and friendly. Everyone was really helpful if we needed anything they were quick to respond. The rooms were super clean they all have a stove, fridge, microwave & little eating area. The staff at the Bougainvillea welcome and get to know each and every one of their guests. You feel like you are a guest in their own home. The rooms are clean and spacious with great views of the mountain or the garden - I had a tree top view of a flowering Margarita tree - sensational! The dining is good and the prices comparable to most restaurants. Don't expect a bargain as there are none in Costa Rica. Nice hotel with all the amenities and close to the airport. Has a variety of restaurants nearby that are walkable. Will stay there again.

Tengo que agradecer al eficaz staff que me atendió. Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Staff was awesome Property is clean Food is too pricey for the bad quality of it.
