"Place is beautiful close to everything service exceed expectations only issue is we rented the suite with private pool and the pool was cold. So we didn’t use it everything else was amazing still will give the hotel a 5 star experience"

"The service given by the staff was terrible, we booked a room for 5 guests and there were 4 beds, when asked for the additional bed a mattress was laid on the floor (the mattress sheets were dirty) on the second night when we asked for it to be fixed the attitude of the staff was quite bad, at the end they brought a bed base and clean sheets but it took a lot of effort from our part, the experience was not good."

"The king’s valley breakfast tour was a super perk included with our stay. The daily buffet breakfast was also fantastic. The staff was very knowledgeable of the area and spoke god English. I would definitely go back again. The Kelebek restaurants are super and highly recommended."

"We loved our stay at the Carus Cappadocia. The hotel was beautifully styled throughout as was our cave room. The location was great and there was a rooftop terrace that was open to guests 24/7. Breakfasts were great and they offered eggs and omelettes included in the buffet. The staff was very helpful. I woiuld highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cappadocia."

"Doga is the sweetest and soooo helpful. They couldn’t help you enough in every way. Gave great recommendations for activities, food, encourage you to eat the included breakfast (so many options), the rooftop is so awesome and spacious with a nice little bar up there too. The location is great. It’s a short downhill walk to the downtown goreme area. Once you eat yourself to death it’s a short walk uphill but nothing treacherous (I wore sandals and was fine). Rooms aren’t anything extravagant it’s more so the experience and the outside of the hotel itself"

"Dear All, Please note that this is my personal frank opinion about this accommodation without being biased or prejudice towards no one. This is worst hotel I have ever been in my life due to the following reasons as shown below: AC not working Rooms are dirty Toilet sink was blocked Maintenance staff very very poor Rooms smells bad Beds are not comfy and creaky. Buffet was poor and not clean In general I am advising everyone not to even try it even for free. Thank you"

"Property is amazing and very unique with partial hand carved cave rooms and well appointed! Due to side hill location many of the walk ways around the resort do come in front of your room and many times through your patio sitting area. Some rooms view are obstructed by the walk ways and location with in the resort taking away open views to the area below, but all in all a very unique and great experience that you will not forget!!!"
