“Wonderful view with warm hospitality”

“I had stayed here before with no trouble, and the location is convenient. This time, check in was terrible. When I arrived I was told that my reservation had been cancelled. They alleged that my credit card had been declined (it hadn’t), which was especially strange since I was supposed to pay when I arrived. The young lady at the desk then offered to give me a room at a considerable amount more than my reservation through Expedia. I had received a message (while driving there) from...
