"We had a great experience at the Portola Hotel & Spa! The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Edgar Santos from Engineering for coming to our room and fixing the Wi-Fi so my son could connect and play his gaming system. He was kind, professional, and made sure everything was working before he left. My son was so happy! I just wished the jets at the jacuzzi were It’s the little things and great customer service that make a hotel stay even better. We really appreciated Edgar going out of his way to help us. Thank you for making our stay more enjoyable we would definitely stay here again!"

"The grounds are expansive and quiet. Many rooms are contained in separate buildings on the property, I found the ice machine a short walk away by the pool. The room was very clean too."
