"I really feel that it is a hotel that has excellent amenities, just like the food inside the hotel, I did not feel that it was expensive, that it was according to the price and there was a lot of variety, as it also had a good taste, the negative point is the bathroom of the room, in my case I felt it somewhat old-fashioned and neglected, but for a hotel that is really excessively large and has been in operation for more than 12 years, it is understood that not everything will be perfect, honestly, it was a pleasant stay and I know I would stay here again in the future."

"This hotel is the best around the Flamingo Crossing area. The fact that there are restaurants and a Target across the street is a plus. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, they try to get you everything you need and help you with anything. The breakfast is great and they even have gluten free Mickey waffles. There’s a good size pool in the hotel and also a nice parking area next to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Housekeeping comes every other day unlike some other hotels that are every 4-5 days. This is the second time I stayed with my sister at the property and we will continue to come to this hotel every time we come to Disney or universal. This is a must stay hotel"

"Lovely room, lovely staff and great food downstairs. The only issue we had was at check in when a staff member made an error with one of our card keys (did not print the name or barcode). We were then told to queue up again to fix the issue. We had come off a long flight and had already queued up for 45 mins…"
