“When we checked in, they said "no smoking and if you do, you will be fined $250." We do not smoke, but when we walked into our room, it smelled of smoke. I went to open the window (ground floor) and there were numerous cigarette butts outside the window, sitting there in the dirt. “12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room.
