"The room was very clean and nice. The pool is small but very very high chlorine levels. Breakfast was not great, very few choices. "

"Upon check-in, we noticed the windows were open, which we assumed may have been done by housekeeping to air out the room after the previous guests. However, later that evening, we began seeing bugs in the room. By the next morning, the situation had worsened, as we found bugs crawling inside our luggage. We contacted the front desk, and a maintenance staff member was sent up. He vacuumed the area and the window seals, which we appreciated, but the response from the front desk overall felt somewhat nonchalant given the circumstances. After checking out, I had to follow up myself with the general manager to ensure the issue was properly addressed. I have stayed at other Hyatt House locations before and have had positive experiences, so this incident would not discourage me from staying at other properties in the brand. However, based on this experience, I would likely not return to this particular location."

"Room was very distracting. Could not stop blinking lite on phone. Called desk no messages but light continued. Told the desk and they said no messages but still light continued, ended up checking out a day early with no sleep forfeiting my room. Worst stay anywhere in 71 years. Will not stay again Not a bit of rest and that's all I wanted for A couple of days."

"The heat took a long time to come in no toilet tree that’s separate u have to buy it in the office the hallway smell nothing but weed I ask for 2 extra towels no closet only one hook took hang your coats or jackets no extra blanket the fire place wasn’t workin terrible omg never again "
