"I recently stayed at Hyatt Hotels in Wichita, KS and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few issues that impacted my stay. The bed linens were uncomfortable—thin and cold rather than warm and cozy. The lighting in the room was also poor, with one light not working at all, leaving me relying on the TV backlight just to see. The clock in the room was set an hour behind, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the rooms don’t seem to have much soundproofing. I could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room, including bathroom use, which made it difficult to fully relax. Overall, while the cleanliness and customer service were great, improvements to room comfort, lighting, and noise control would make a big difference."

"The pool area was so gross. The pool itself was green. Our shower had a lot of rust in it. Our door would lock all the way. Overall icky. "

"The hotel was such a convenient location for the things we wanted to do in the Old Town area. The room was great and the bed was super comfortable. No complaints. We’ll stay there again."

"The room was clean and fresh, with a ton of space! All the amenities we needed, plenty to last the whole stay. The staff were friendly and cheerful, especially the breakfast team. The breakfast is ok, sort of - it’s free, or included, but the quality is so bad that we skipped it. I would never pay good money for those “eggs”. Sadly a disappointment compared to the rest of the experience. The coffee was ok. "
