“Excellent host, nothing was too much trouble. A Victorian property and furnished in appropriate style. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts cooked to order. Would certainly recommend. ”

“Nice gardens and gazebo. Convenient to a number of restaurants, and especially to Weirs Beach, where the train and Mt Washington boat leave from. Room was updated, WiFi was very good. Bathroom was tiny but clean. A very cute motel. ”

“Super great place! Building feels little dated but staff top notch friendly and it’s very clean! Breakfast wonderful and impressed that staff made up beds every day even though almost all properties we’ve been to have cried “Covid” and don’t service rooms at all. “The staff, our room along with the off season pricing made for a wonderful stay! We had an issue with our room heater (it wouldn’t shut off) they upgraded our room without a problem. We also enjoyed the breakfast 🌸”
