Staff are nice - but either not very attentive or over the top attentive. Breakfast is good. it's a great hotel for groups and first timers but less interesting for regular visitors to Bangkok. "The staff were very good. Plastic parts were falling off the door and the soap dispensary. There’s was no way to contact the front desk from the room. The location was very good for the price you pay. Considering what I paid I would say it’s a solid 4 star experience. Thank u very much. "
