The staff were so helpful with anything we required. Outside, walking distance and part of the same complex, you will find several food options, laundry, a grocery shop. "

"I rarely speak negatively, but I have to say what I have to say. This hotel is in an amazing location, decorations and furniture are amazing, almost 5-star level, but little details make the experience feel terrible. The water pressure needs to be fixed in the toilet. My room was changed with the same issue. The shower is only coming out of the ceiling with a height of 2+ meters which makes you shower by slow drops. I have never been into a hotel that doesn't have an option of 2 shower sources...
