“Expected more from a Hilton property. Stayed here before and it was very nice. After an eight hour drive, a relaxing overnight was important. The bed was very uncomfortable and the lighting very poor. The clock time was wrong and was locked so it couldn’t be changed. A young child in the room above was running and jumping around starting at 3:30 a.m. Got up at seven; needed a good shower to prepare for the upcoming eight hour drive and shake off an uncomfortable night. Hardly any water...

“Staff was courteous, yet warm and personable. Room was spotless. However, the wall art behind the front desk is hideous. If I worked for Hilton, I could not work at the front desk because the artwork would drive me to distraction or drink. Shame on you for subjecting your staff and guests to this. ”
